Our Culture

We are proud of the growing and diverse team we have at Plessey. We’re united by a passion of delivering excellence and drive to develop the next generation of display technology.

Despite our continued growth, there are plenty of opportunities for socials with our summer and Christmas parties. We encourage team building, sports and social clubs, which allows opportunities to meet the wide variety of people across our teams.

Working with the canteen we offer Diversity Days, where a food celebrating another culture is offered for free to all employees. This has included Polish cuisine, Indian street food, and Chinese dishes.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Being in such a beautiful part of the country, we know how important it is for us to care for the world we live in. It’s highly important to us that we continually improve our CSR and ensure we support our local community and the environment where we can.

By taking small steps, such as working with our suppliers to minimize our impact as much as possible and installing electric charging systems for our employees to utilize with cars and bikes, we can make large progress as a company.

We encourage our employees to take part where they can, whether this is cycling to work, running for a good cause or volunteering their time for charitable work.
